Longevity Smoothie: Vitality Boost

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 orange
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • a few mint leaves
  • a few goji berries
METHOD
  1. Peel the orange.
  2. Put it in the juicer along with the carrots and ginger.
  3. Pour the juice into the blender and add the cleaned spinach, coconut oil, oatmeal and maca powder.
  4. Add mint and goji berries to taste and blend.
