INGREDIENTS
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 apple (granny smith)
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful of kale or spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 teaspoon chlorella
- 1 teaspoon cold milled flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
METHOD
- Clean the celery.
- Remove the core from the apple.
- Peel the lemon.
- Rinse the kale or spinach and remove the hard veins.
- Chop the celery, apple, lemon, kale or spinach and cucumber and blend in the blender with a handful of ice cubes and some water or coconut water.
- Add the chlorella, cold milled flaxseed and hemp and chia seeds.
